His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah, along with his accompanying delegation at Al Barakah Palace.
During the audience, both leaders engaged in friendly discussions and reviewed the ongoing bilateral relations between their countries, which are built on shared historical ties. They also discussed mutual areas of interest.
The audience was attended by several officials, including HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth; Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court; and Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al Harrasi, Minister of Information.
From the UAE side, attendees included Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah, Chairman of Sharjah Petroleum Council, and Deputy Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council; Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhaheri, UAE Ambassador to Oman; and Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Owais, Chairman of the Department of Culture in Sharjah and Member of Sharjah Executive Council.
