Ronaldo’s Double Keeps Al-Nassr Perfect in Asian Champions League

Cristiano Ronaldo played a pivotal role in Al-Nassr’s 4-3 win over Al Duhail in the Asian Champions League. Ronaldo assisted in the opening goal, and scored a long-range strike in the 61st minute to give Al-Nassr a three-goal lead. Ismaeel Mohammad and Almoez Ali pulled Al Duhail back into contention, but Ronaldo’s 81st-minute volley extended Al-Nassr’s lead. Michael Olunga scored Al Duhail’s third. This victory put Al-Nassr three points ahead of Iran’s Persepolis in Group E.

In Group A, Al-Ain defeated Al-Fayha 4-1. Kouame Kouaido opened the scoring in the 36th minute, followed by Kaku hitting a brace. Soufiane Rahimi sealed the win in the final minute, while Nawaf Al Harthi scored a consolation goal for Al-Fayha. This win moved Al-Ain to nine points from three games, six points ahead of their rivals in the group.

In another game, Pakhtakor secured their first win of the campaign with a 3-0 victory over Ahal. Azizbek Turgunboyev scored twice, and Hojimat Erkinov netted the opening goal for Pakhtakor.
