Egypt and Djibouti Collaborate on Electronic Population

The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in Egypt has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Djibouti’s Ministry of Economy and Finance to implement an electronic population census in Djibouti. This marks the start of cooperation between Egypt and Djibouti in the development field, focusing on surveys and censuses. The collaboration involves the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and aims to create a model of development for a more inclusive and sustainable future.
