New Villas Unveiled in Al Warqaa Fourth by Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing

Under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment has introduced 136 new villas for UAE citizens, situated in Al Warqaa Fourth.

This expansive project spans an area of 728,510 square feet, with a total construction area of 511,250 square feet.

The initiative has been executed to elevate the living standards of UAE citizens and foster greater social cohesion within the emirate. It aligns with the objectives outlined in the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan.

Omar Hamad BuShihab, CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, expressed, “We are actively involved in launching residential projects across Dubai to ensure the availability of sufficient housing and amenities, in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan. Our endeavors are focused on upholding world-class standards, strengthening social stability, and providing a dignified life for citizens and their families.”

Each villa boasts two floors, featuring well-designed and landscaped interiors. The villas include a family hall, maid’s room, kitchen, laundry room, guest room, and more. On the first floor of the house, you’ll find four bedrooms with shared and private spaces, enhancing the comfort and convenience of residents.
