NOW HIRING – Media Sales & Sponsorship Executive (Commission Based)

Arabian Leaders magazine is expanding its team and looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals with proven experience in media sales, advertising, and sponsorship to join us on a commission-only basis.

About the Role:

We are seeking individuals who can connect with high-level decision-makers, pitch premium sponsorship and advertising packages, and drive significant revenue growth for our prestigious pan-Arab business media brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach sponsors, advertisers, and strategic partners

Pitch media packages and event sponsorship opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Proven track record in media sales, advertising sales, or sponsorship sales (media agency experience is highly valued)

Strong corporate contacts in GCC/MENA

Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented personality

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
