New York claimed the No. 3 spot, lauded for its Broadway productions and world-class dining. Tokyo, Rome, Barcelona, and Madrid rounded out the top 7 with their distinct charms, from Tokyo’s culinary excellence to Barcelona’s beaches and nightlife. Dubai (No. 8) impressed with its luxurious offerings, Berlin (No. 9) stood out for its edgy cool, and Singapore (No. 10) dazzled with its food scene and urban design.
